Pain in ear, dizziness with presence of fluid in ears could be due to otitis media with effusion. This commonly occurs after acute middle ear infection where the focus of infection is usually nose.Hay fever can also produce such a picture.Tmj disorders doesnt cause giddiness ,the usual presentations is pain while chewing and pain in front of ear.A deviated septum if asymptomatic doesnt require any treatment. If symptoms are there then septoplasty might be required.
