What Causes Dizziness And Pain In Stomach Also Did Not Get Periods ?
I didn't get my period yet,.and my stomach as been hurting really bad
I also get nauseous, and dizzy every now and then throught the day. I have a sore throat, nipples are in pain, getting severe headaches and my legs hurt and everynight i get waken up by abdominal pain in my stomach.

hi,complaints of nausea and dizziness and severe abdominal pain in an individual who has missed her period is not a good sign.you must take a urine pregnancy test and then serum b hcg and ultrasound to rule out an ectopic pregnancy and it should be considered important if diagnosed as ectopic.take care and all the best.
