What Causes Dizziness And Severe Fatigue?

My 78 year old mother is seeing a Neurologist soon...has already seen several doctors including a neurologist. She has major balance issues, feels dizzy, has speech problems (word finding our has to talk real slow to get the right word or pronunciation correct), physical speech later in the day sounds tired, low blood pressure, having alot of issues with eyes....says she just feels crazy in the head sometimes...maybe due to the vision issues.

can be having middle ear problem conduction and nerve deafness should be tested considering her age hypertension and diabetes should be excluded. consult eye doctor to check hypertensive and diabetic retinopathy.involvment of pons and medulla can cause ataxia drugs like fortwin can also cause ataxia
