What Causes Dizziness And Severe Fatigue?

I am experiencing some symptoms that are not normal for me. dizzyness or lightheadedness and extreme fatigue are the primairy issue but there are other things going on as well. i am having difficulty speaking and my hands arent as precise and sort of clumsy. i dont feel like im walking very good kind of wobbly at times with poor balance. the dizzyness is constant and does not go away or ease up but i do experience periods where it gets more severe for a few moments. eye pain and difficulty concentrating and my arms feel tingly. sometimes i feel like im being shocked om my right hand and other times it feels like theres ants crawling on the back of my right hand in the same spot but my hand has no injuries or marks of any kind anywhere near the area. the dizzyness has been constant for over a month and the speaking issue almost 2 weeks. headaches that are moderately severe but come and go have presented in the last 3 to 4 days

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your clinical history, is concerned please follow like this
1) Do a detailed clinical examination by your neurologist and to rule out other causes do MRI scan.
2) Discuss with your treating doctor about prescription medications like sumatriptan and naproxen sodium for a headache and preventive medications like Amitriptyline which needs to be taken regularly.
Do follow lifestyle modifications like this-
1) Try to avoid triggers. If certain foods or odors seem to have triggered your headaches in the past, avoid them.
2) Try to reduce your caffeine and alcohol intake and avoid tobacco.
3) Make a daily routine with regular sleep patterns and regular meals. In addition, try to control stress.
4) Do exercise regularly. Regular aerobic exercise reduces tension and can help prevent dizziness. If your doctor agrees, choose any aerobic exercise you enjoy, including walking, swimming, and cycling.
5) Try to reduce the effects of estrogen. You may want to avoid or reduce the medications you take that contain estrogen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
