What Causes Dizziness And Social Anxiety After Withdrawing From Escitalopram?
74 year old female 5ft 3 always had to take ssris. Just come off escatilopram 6 weeks ago. Experiencing dizziness and social phobia again. Prescribed 10 mg propranolol. Anxious as always about starting new medication but if I do when should I take it?

Propanolol will help with some certain of the symptoms of anxiety such as increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, trembling, dizziness, sweating, shaky hands but would not help with the anxiety itself.
You can use it in the morning though propanolol is sometimes given as multiple dosing (different times during the day).
