What Causes Dizziness And Stomach Discomfort While On Temazepam?

Pt is 79 yr old female wt. 124lbs dx atypical Parkinsons. Previous heart bypass and continue coumadin for atrial fibrillation also taking temazepam prior to bed. Wakes up slowly feels dizzy stomach and woozie. How to get all physicians to evaluate which interactions may suggest cutting out. Pt has had major fall with fractured shoulder chip. At risk for further falls. Freq Parkinsons symptoms are difficult swallowing, swinging slightly side to side at shoulder height. HOw to get physicians to talk to each other....??

hi hope to guide you in a better way
you didn't mention the dose of temazepam.. anyhow it cause the dizziness, lethargy and hangover the next day if taken in larger doses so you can switch to Clonazepam 0.5 mg at night can increase it's dose on 3rd or 4tg day to 1 mg..but start from o.5 mg..it will be enough for her.
it will hopefully resolve the issue u discussed.
