What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In The Fingers?

My co-worker was complaining of feeling dizzy, with some tingling in his right fingers. He felt as if he was going to faint. I had him drink a little soda and then eat 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter a few minutes after in case his blood sugar was low. He also complained of a little bit of a headache in the back of his head. He had not eaten today except for a few pretzels. His pulse was 80 bpm and he was not sweaty nor did he seem confused at all. He is reluctant to go to the Dr. He said these symptoms would come and go over the 10 minute period before his wife arrived to take him home. Do you have a suggestion as to the cause of the problem? He reports a healthy medical history.

there are many conditions associated with this like
pherepheral neuropathy
Wernicke encephalopathy due to alcoholism
carpel tunnel syndrome
transient ishemic attack
panic attack
since you have low blood glucose ,diabetic neuropathy won't be the cause
also due to ear problems like BPPV, labrynithis ,middle ear infection
good luck
