What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In The Lower Back Post An Injury?

Hi, I was in accident that caused 2 bulging disk in lower back in 2 in my neck... my queston is over last few months when I have a bowel movement I get dizzy and sometimes get prickly feeling across my lower back only for few seconds...is this something I need to be worried about? Thank you Cathy S

It's your nerves, when nerves are irritated damaged or hurt they give such sensations, you should check up with your doctor, and be careful with the straining during passing motion.
