What Causes Dizziness And Tinnitus After Blowing The Nose?
HI I blew my nose and my right ear popped and I got really dizzy like I was going to faint then I couldnt hear through it and then I could just hear myself breathe like I was only hearing stuff inside me or something it was weird and there was also ringing noises just wondering is my ear gonna be okay

It could be an attack of vertigo.
As a first line management you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.
