What Causes Dizziness And Tinnitus?
My husband started having mild to moderate dizziness last night. No other symptoms. He was better this morning and is even better now, although not 100% yet. He is very hard of hearing and said he had some tinny sounds in his ears last night. Anything to be concerned about?
