What Causes Dizziness And Tinnitus?

I had a stapedectomy several years ago - my hearing was better, the ringing eliminated, and all was good - but lately I ve had the ringing re-occur, and dizzy spells. I have a four month old, would the dizziness be caused by the pregnancy perhaps? I felt very out of joint in my back and hips, so I went to a chiropractor, and it helped for a few days then came back. Thank you !

Your symptoms seem to be related to inner ear diseculibration. I suggest you to use medications such as medicine daily to relieve the symptoms. If the symptoms continue you should consult an ENT specialist.
