What Causes Dizziness And Tremors In The Hands?

I am feeling weak , dizzy and feeling jittery and my hands are shaking slightly . I have been having problems seeing everything correctly. My heart also felt jittery a few minutes ago but now I feel better . I was in the hospital over night earlier this week and sent home because they couldn t find anything wrong with my heart. My EKG was abnormal but all other test came back ok.

hi sir/madam,can you please mention the abnormality noted in the ECG?also please mention your age such that i can arrive at an accurate diagnosis.the above mentioned symptoms also occur in hypoglycemia or lowered blood glucose.you can just once check your blood glucose levels both fasting and post prandial sugars.
