General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Episodes of dizziness, sleepiness and being shaky can occur due to cardiac problems (like cardiac arrhythmias), neurological problems (narcolepsy), cerebrovascular disease (carotid insufficiency) or inner ear problems. EKG, carotid artery Doppler, EEG, and ENT evaluation are recommended. Please follow up with your primary provider for necessary evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal
