My husband (72) was outside in the heat and humidity planting. Leaning over sometimes causes him a little dizziness from blood pressure meds. He got tunnel vision, sat down a bit (in the heat), and finally went in the house to cool off. His stomach started hurting, and then he vomited. It s Sat. - no drs. in the office.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness and tunnel vision which can be cause by many factors like stress , temporomandibular joint problem , wisdom tooth , cervical spondolysis and increase blood pressure. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like audiometery , CT scan ,MRI , low and high pitched ringing to rule out conditions like hearing loss , exposure to loud noises , earwax build-up , middle ear infection. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with sedatives and supplement like ginkgo biloba . Stay calm , eat healthy and avoid bending forward. For tunnel vision consult ophthalmologist to rule out glaucoma .
