What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting Of Blood?

Hello, my name is Kai and I absolutely hate being sick. I know it s gross but yesterday I puked twice and it was red-ish. Every time I stand up I get dizzy and feel like I m about to faint and I feel really really weak. Which makes it hard to walk up the stair or do anything. What kind of medicine should I take and what should I do to fix this. I don t like feeling this way :(

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Reddish color vomiting may be due to blood in vomiting and there are so many possibilities .
As you also mentioned that you are feeling hardness during upstairs , this is a cause of concern.
Such symptoms may be due to anemia , diagnosis can be confirmed by hemoglobin examination .
The next reason may be hypertension or hypotension , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood pressure examination .
Hyperacidity may be the another cause .
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is important in such cases.
