Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Dizziness, Appetite Loss, Migraines And Tightness In Chest?
For the past two days I ve been having bad migraines, loss of appetite and severe dizziness. Today, along with those symptoms, I ve also had pretty bad nausea, food and versions and tightness in my chest that almost feels like a stabbing pain in my lungs when I take a deep breath. Any idea what could be causing these things?
It would be better if you mention your age and gender. The symptoms you mentioned are associated with different issues related to heart, lungs. Are you on any medication currently? Is the pain intermittent or continuous?
I suggest you to seek medical help urgently.Along with pain management and physical examination, vital checks, the doctors in ER might run few diagnostic tests like EKG, imaging tests and some blood tests to know the exact underlying cause behind these symptoms. Depending on the results proper management will be done to relief symptoms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
