What Causes Dizziness At Night Along With Severe Fatigue?

I have been experiencing dizziness especially at bedtime and through the night when i lay on my stomach or turn. I have felt very fatigued for a long time and have a leaky aortic valve not severe enough for surgery yet. I try closing my eyes but get sensations of my head spinning when I do. It isn t as bad once I am up during the day except when I bend over or turn quickly.

you need to check yout aortic probleam and consult your cardiologist once and have a proper follow up better do an ECG
