What Causes Dizziness, Blurred Vision And Fatigue?

Hi Doctor, I experienced the following symptoms yesterday:Dizzyness, blurred vision,unclear speech, tiredness,vomiting and diarrhoea. I would like to know what was the cause. I became like that after I used a gas cooker stove so I suspect gas inhalation. I ve been experiencing a terrible lower back pain lately. Can you please help.
