Please type your query here...About 3 days ago I was exercising, did 30 minutes of cardio and then was doing upper body strength training machines and had a feeling of passing out. I stopped and laid down on the locker room bench. Was sweaty,shaking and felt like passing out. I had eaten a bannana, orange and oatmel for breakfast, tuna sandwich and sun chips for lunch and had a apple prior to my workout. I have not worked out since this has happened and have been trying to get as much rest as possible and drinking water and G2 and I still have feelings of nausea every once in a while through out the day. what could have caused this?
