What Causes Dizziness Despite Normal Blood Pressure Level?

i am 43 years old my blood pressure is totally normal, been under a lot of stress lateley, today at work felt like i was going to faint, took bp/pulse and pulse was 123. just took it now at bedtime and it is 137. im very worried. forgot to say im a female, 5 6, 112 lbs.
