What Causes Dizziness Even After Pacemaker Placement?
IM A 30Y/O F WITH A RECENT PACEMAKER PLACEMENT S/P 2DEGREE TYPE 2 AV BLOCK. BEFORE THE PACEMAKER I WOULD GET DIZZY AS I FELT THE SKIPPED BEATS. CURRENTLY I DON T FEEL THE SKIPPED BEATS ANYMORE WITH THE PACEMAKER BUT CONTINUE HAVING DIZZY SPELLS. SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?

here I would to know wheather is there any BP ,sugar
moreever electrolyte disturbances like low potassium in serum will cause dizziness
plz have a check once serum electrolytes esp. serum k ,as well as serum creatinine ,thyroid profile
as there is no skipped beats once undergo CT scan of brain ,to rule the problem ..
meanwhile you can use betahistamins like vertin 16mg twice daily for 5 days
don't worry with reports we can come to conclusion ok ..
