Is any of this a concern or something I should follow up with? I m 54 yo female, never smoked. Very healthy and low BP always.
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Dizziness, unevenly dilated pupils, tingling in left hand are not symptoms to take lightly as it may reveal serious medical conditions like stroke, neurologic disorders, metabolic/ionic imbalances.I will suggest you see the Doctor immediately for examination and a brain CT scan to exclude a stroke as it is a very probable cause given youe age.Low BP may predispose to ischemia as hemmorrhage mostly seen with high BP. Hope my answer will help you Best regards
