What Causes Dizziness Followed By Pupils Dilation And Tingling Sensation In Left Arm?

I had an episode of dizziness while sithing at my desk at work. Shortly after I looked in mirror and my pupils were unevenly dilated. Then shortly after that had tingling in my left arm down to my fingertips followed by dull pain. It let uo. Today feeling very drained with a headache when I woke up. Is any of this a concern or something I should follow up with? I m 54 yo female, never smoked. Very healthy and low BP always.

Dizziness, unevenly dilated pupils, tingling in left hand are not symptoms to take lightly as it may reveal serious medical conditions like stroke, neurologic disorders, metabolic/ionic imbalances.I will suggest you see the Doctor immediately for examination and a brain CT scan to exclude a stroke as it is a very probable cause given youe age.Low BP may predispose to ischemia as hemmorrhage mostly seen with high BP.
