What Causes Dizziness, Headache, Tinnitus And Unilateral Hearing Loss?

I have sudden onset deafness on my right side,severe headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision on right side, nauseous, sore neck all directions, fullness in my head. this all started April 10th with what seemed to be a sinus infection and is currently still going on. Any ideas?

Here your presentation is acute and according to history it could be inner ear infection like labyrinthitis associated with sinus infection and pharyngitis. .....

Without delay it is better to consult otorhinolaryngologist for your otoscopy and posterior pharynx examination and lymph node palpation...

If needed sinus x ray also has to be done ....

According to cause treatment given...

You might given short term steroid course like betamethasone 0.5 mg for five days ...
You might given antibiotic if needed ...

Investigation with CRP , CBC also has to be done ...
