I ve been suffering from anxiety and depression for nearly 4 years now I haven t seeked medical help.... I m trying to cure it by myself with different methods, the past 3 days I ve tried a nhs relaxation video which focuses on the sensations in all my body and replacing them with a relaxed feeling. Whilst I am fully relaxed I start feeling dizzy as if the room is spinning and the deeper I relax the more intense it gets what could this be?
