What Causes Dizziness, Light Headedness, Shaky Hands And Blurred Vision?
Hello, I have been having dizzy spells and lightheadedness lately. Most recently it occurred while I was kneeling in church. I all of a sudden got really warm and sweaty/clammy...my vision became blurry and then went black so I couldn t see anything. I was really dizzy and needed to sit down. Also my hands were very shaky.

It may be due to several causes.
For that you may require complete hemogram, blood sugar levels after physician consultation.
Do regular blood pressure monitoring.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
You may require detailed evaluation to rule out any other possibilities for hypoglycemia, anemia or hypotension.
Keep your self hydrated.
