Hello,
* As per my clinical experience, the constellation of symptoms of headache,
dizziness and
fatigue do indicate various possibilities in case of pulmonary
hypertension as:
- reduced ventricular outflow hampering peripheral blood circulation to parts of brain
- right atrial and ventricular enlargement with chronic overload
- right ventricular hypokinesia and secondary changes
* In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I do recommend
- 2 D echo report of heart , carotid doppler
- Pulmonary vasculature pressure recordings with PCWP ( pulmonary capillary wedge pressure )
- auscultation of breath sounds , any adventitious sounds over both lung regions.
If any of the reports are available with you, kindly share with me immediately for further discussion in this matter.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
