What Causes Pulmonary Hypertension?
Hi, While working in coal mines for this long may cause lung diseases including pulmonary hypertension. Howe ver all people don t get it. It depends on your symptoms if you have chronic lung problems and shortness of breath then it may be there. However confirmation is only done after the scans and all the tests .So it s possible but not necessary .so we always needs the scans. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
