What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Lightheadedness After Having Coffee?
I drank one small cup of coffee this morning and I felt dizzy , light headed . And felt like I needed to vomit. Can you please help me understand why I felt that way.. I don t drink coffee every day. It was just a once in awhile thing. Why must I pay. It s just a simple question Thank you anyway drs!

I have gone through your query. Coffee on empty stomach can sometimes cause irritation. So it can be due to gastritis. Other possibility is it can also give dysrhythmias in some. If you get this very often then avoid taking coffee. Taking ginger tea or chamomile tea will give you relief.
