General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Spinning of room and nausea are surely symptoms of a condition called Vertigo.
Continuation of vertigo on moving head indicates one of the following reasons:
- Since you are young, the commonest cause is imbalance of fluid in one of the semicircular canals that maintains the balance.
- Cervical problems causing vertebral artery insufficiency.
- Cerebellar problems.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult a Doctor, preferably an ENT for clinical evaluation and investigations if needed.
- To get started on symptomatic treatment say with Cinnarizine.
- Take rest.
Take medicines for symptomatic relief.
- Continue management till cured.
- Avoid contact with people having symptoms of cold and viral fever.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
