What Causes Dizziness, Stiffness In The Neck And Tingling Sensation In The Scalp?
HI there, I began to experience the same things. About a year ago, I had a bout with heart palpitations which subsided and returned in January of this year. I have been to every doctor from the cardiologist (2 of them), neurologist, allergist, dentist etc. I ve has CT scans, MRIs and Xrays. Every doctor have told me that there is nothing wrong with me. Overtime, I have developed dizziness, stiff neck, tingling scalp, pain in left arm etc. But my doctors say NOTHING IS WRONG. Lately I began feeling a burning sensation on the left side of my chest. It comes when it feels like and lasts a very long time. I m tired of complaining to doctors just to be told that it many be all in my head and I will just have to live with it. I dread everyday thinking it s my last. If anyone finds a diagnosis, please share.

Stiffness in the neck is commonly due to degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, herniated disc or osteoarthritis.
You are suggested to get physically examined & get Imaging tests (X-Ray, CT, MRI) done to detect any of the above-said conditions. Get treated.
You can take NSAIDs when your neck hurts. In the meantime do stretch exercises, low impact aerobic exercises. Maintain good posture.
Dizziness is commonly due to Vertigo, you can get examined by an ENT. Get the audiometry test done. If detected positive get treated at the earliest.
Do not use chemical products, avoid exposure from the sun. A tingling sensation can be due to irritation from the use of certain hair products.
