Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I saw my doc the other day I had blood pressure of80/60 I was getting dizzy when I stood up he did test I was Fine except I was dehydrated well I just got up again walk a few feet got dizzy but this time I shuck a few seconds and fell to the floor I didn t pass out but it really has not gone away they other day probably four days ago the same thing happened it usually is just dizzy but the shacking is wierd I feel light headed a lot and I ve lost sixty pounds the last year on my own
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if the symptoms happened at the time of standing then it may be due to orthostatic hypo tension, if the symptoms is happening on and often then it needs to be sent for investigation like EKG, CT of brain and others, hemoglobin could be the cause if it is low hope this information helps.
