What Causes Dizziness When I Bend Down?
I have been given naseptin Nasal cream as I had a nosebleed the other day. I have been suffering for a while now since having laryngitis about 7 wks ago, croaky voice now and again! I now have naseptin nasal cream, beconase and sea salt water rinse and antihistamine tablets to use daily, I m really not sure which one to use when! At the moment my voice isn t too bad and I just get a little blood from my nose when I blow it but not everytime. I have to say I suffer big time health anxiety hence why im on here and I felt quite dizzy the other day when I bent down not sure if it was anxiety, naseptin cream or what!............worried!

Read and understood your history of nosebleed, using Naseptinnasal cream, laryngitis, had croaky voice which has improved, anxiety and other things you have mentioned.
It looks the anxiety might have caused you to have dizziness or the anemia or so.
Since Dizziness is a serious matter with serious implications, it is worth to get the proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations either to confirm or rule out the causes and get proper treatment.
I think you should have second opinion, nasal endoscopy and cauterization if required for nosebleed (epistaxis).
