What Causes Dizziness While On Lorazepam For Panic Attacks?

Hi my name is hussein I m Lebanese I have a panic attack since 1980 I m on lorazepam 1mg morning and 1 mg at night recently I started feel something wrong in my head I felt like dizziness and I can't concentrate I felt worry about diying from brain tumor I made am mri and every thing was good know I m on lorazepam and Deanxit twice daily l feel good. Why dean cit is banned in certain countries? It is a good drug

I can understand your concern. Lorazepam is a benzodiazepine drug. The drug should be used in relatively lower doses that too for short periods of time. The drug is known to cause dependence and tolerance. The drug if used for long results in cognitive decline, poor concentration and memory issues. You are on this drug since about 36 years and this is the probable reason you have concentration issues. Please visit your doctor and discuss about dose reduction.

Deanxity is a fixed dose combination consisting of Flupentixole and Melitracen. The drug combination was abused by a lot of patients and its not a rational combination. This is the reason the combination is banned in most of countries.
