What Causes Dizziness While On Blood Pressure Medication?

So I am on high blood pressure medication have been for over 2 years now but recently I started to have like my neck and right arm feel like there sleeping but I have no pain and also recently started getting dizzy a and once and awhile I get clammy . I have been checking my blood pressure and one day it was 140 over 90and then yesterday 150 over 85

Your symptoms seem to be related to high blood pressure. I recommend regular measurements of the blood pressure. I also recommend consulting your cardiologist about your medication for an alternative dose or treatment.
