What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Sinusitis?

my husband gets dizzy/lightheaded anytime, anywhere, and we cannot figure out way. He is not diabetic, doesn t have a heart condition. He does have some sinus problems, and goes to an ENT doctor. He has had a tube and one ear, (recently removed), but continues to have have these problems. He s never had any injuries to neck or back.
