What Causes Dizziness While Walking And Standing?

My father is 83 years old. He s been complaining of dizziness for almost 6 weeks. Gets dizzy when standing, walking or getting up out of bed. He is diabetic, insulin dependent, takes multiple meds, for high blood pressure, gout, afib, chf etc. Last week, he ate dinner and as soon as he was done, it came back up. First time ever for that...???
