I am feeling great pressure in my ears, my right ear feels full, at night when I lay down I can feel something like thick mucus moving. In the day I am dizzy all day and my chest feels congested but nothing comes up. I use nasal saline rinse morning and night everything is clear no yellow or green mucus. I am using Guaifenisen at max doses during the day 400 mg x6 to help with the pressure in the ears. I use allegra but only 1 tsp once a day as it causes migraines and terrible pressure even worse than without it but it seems to help a little with dizziness. Ears feel like Im on the plane but not they crackle and pop and feel full. ER doc said they are clear no wax no fluid but there is something going on im so dizzy and feel so congested. Can this just be allergies? I can t use decongestants for history of psvt and I tried to use nasal steroid but gave me flu like symptoms and felt very congested also nervousness and palpations. The dizziness is now causing me great anxiety and have had a full blown panic attacks, as its been going on for two weeks. It would come and go for a few months couldn t bend over dizzy spells and congestion feeling but now is constant. looking for help
