I fell today on the cement and landed on my tailbone elbows and thumb. I got up quickly because my dog I was playing with came running over to me thinking I was wanting to play on the ground. Several hours later my tailbone and thumb hurt when I move them only but I have been getting dizzy which is weird since I did not hit my head. I also got steroid injections in my back and neck over the past 2 weeks due to old injuries. Should I be concern with this dizzy spells like I am going to passout feeling.
