What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Nausea And Vomiting?

I have dizzy spells and nausea every once in a while and sometimes i even vomit . My 1st episode was last March and ER could find nothing wrong. I was prescribed an antibiotic and felt better. Had another episode in June and doc gave antibiotic and I felt better next day. Have had a few more dizzy spells and nausea since but no vomitting until 2 weeks ago. I have it again today and can keep no food down. I am a diabetic but my sugar levels are not awful. Help please!

As per your complain dizziness, vertigo, ear ache, blocked ears along with head pressure can be due to causes like like
-Viral Gastroenteritis.
-Anxiety.
-Inner ear infection.
-Meniere's disease.
-Labyrinthitis.
-Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo.
-Cervical spondylosis.
-Acoustic Neuroma.

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist/Neurologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI SCAN of ear and cervical column, blood tests etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised to wear neck support straps and medical therapy with Betahistine..
You can be advised anti emetics like Ondensarton to reduce vomiting..
In case of infection antibiotics can be advised..
Vestibular rehabilitation can also be advised..
Avoid sudden jerky neck movements and take sufficient rest..
Take limited salt in diet..
Take Vitamin B complex supplements and take a nutritious diet..
