Hello,
Your symptoms are indicative that you got dehydrated.
Hypoglycemia and low potassium - sodium level in your electrolyte system can also cause
dizziness and exhaustion. You are suggested to take adequate quantity of water and fluids on a regular basis. It will help you to keep your sodium-potassium level & blood pressure normal.
Take meals in time, do not skip any meal. This will help you to maintain your blood sugar level. Tiredness and exhaustion are also indicative of poor general health condition, anemia, or underlying medical condition like
thyroid dysfunction or developing coronary artery disease (CAD), vertigo, etc. You are advised to get a complete medical check-up done along with cardiac function tests,
lipid profile and required imaging tests done.
If required, you will be referred to an
ENT specialist. Your treatment will depend on the pathology diagnosed and the severity of the symptoms. Be at rest for a couple of days and do regular walking. Avoid strenuous exercise for a few days. Do not drive or do any heavy work as you have dizziness.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
