What Causes Dizzy Spells And Nausea While Having High BP And Renal Artery Stenosis?
i am a 50 year old female. I have a history of high blood pressure and renal artery stenosis. 2 days ago i was sitting on the couch and felt dizzy. The room started spinning and I couldnt speak. I then began to throw up. It took a while, about 20 minutes for it to stop. I have since then, still had the dizzy sensation and nausea. Could you possible give me a heads up on what it could be, Also, my bp was 160/108

According to o your previous history of hypertension and also the current symptoms of dizziness, spinning and headache I believe you were having a hypertensive episode. BP 160/108 mmhg is elevated. You should control it better using antihypertensive drugs.
