Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a possible infection. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician as soon as possible for a physical exam and some tests:
- A chest X-ray study
- An ultrasound of the cervical lymph nodes
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- Blood test for Mononucleosis.
Further tests may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
