Hi while exercising and drinking water i notice my heart rate drops after I burp, sometimes I can even feel weak and slightly dizzy for a second or two. Is this normal? should I be concerned? My rate usually increases again within a couple of seconds.

Hello,

I would like to tell that feeling dizzy with a low heart rate can be alarming and may require basic cardiac evaluation.

It is recommended for you to get an ECG, Echocardiography, Holter and F/PPBS and consult a physician with reports for proper evaluation and management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
