What Causes Dry Circular Patches On The Arm?

Hi, I have recently discovered circular, dry patches on the inside of my arms near my arm pits, my abdomen, back, legs and neck. I live with my boyfriend and he is not experiencing any of these symptoms. The spots do not hurt and don t itch out of the ordinary.

Hi,Welcome to HCM!
Your symtoms may be caused by atopic eczema.
Treatments for atopic eczema can help to ease the symptoms.
The main treatments for atopic eczema are:
-emollients (moisturisers) – used every day to stop the skin becoming dry
-topical corticosteroids – creams and ointments used to reduce swelling and redness during flare-ups
Try to reduce scratching whenever possible. You could try gently rubbing your skin with your fingers instead.
Keep your nails short and clean to minimise damage to the skin from unintentional scratching.Hope my answer was helpful, thanks!
