Reduced secretions is a common cause causing dryness.. So get proper investigations done for Sjogren s Syndrome so that it can be confirmed.. As of now you can use artificial tear drops to lubricate the eyes.. For reducing dryness you can chew sugarfree chewing gums, use mouth lubricants like oralgel and use specialised mouthwash like Biotene mouthwash.. Use saline nasal drops to improve dryness in nose..
