What Causes Dry Patchy Marks On Upper Arm And Pimples On Thighs?
I have had dry patchy like marks on my upper arms. tried over counter medicine did not work. now my thighs have little like pimples on them. i said ok let me bathe with no soap just warm water and i put some peroxide on my legs and thighs and it began to sting what could it be.

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely fungal infection. Secondary bacterial infection can give pimple or pustule like eruptions also. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. For such cases in my patients i advise ointments with combination of antifungal like miconazole antibacterial like gentamycin and corticosteroid like flucinolone for local application. If soaps are irritating then you can wash with warm water or saline. Avoid peroxide or antiseptics on sensitive areas like genital area. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
