What Causes Dryness In Vulva Along With Mild Vaginal Thrush?

i had a hysterectomy in 2006 ,i was 36 , they took everything but the lymph nodes due to non invasive endometrial uteran cancer, i was put into immediate menopause. i was found to be cancer free on my six week visit, ..my question is.. i have never really felt the other items of menopause other than hot flashes, right after my surgery.. im having more yeast infections now and now.. all i have is dry vulva area and some light thrush now and then but not alot.. but my itching also is up under my apron on my tummy.. can you help? fyi i recently began the applecidervinegar diet after these symptoms started
