hI I have been having dull chest pain on my left side above my heart for two months now. My doctor had me take a chest x-ray which revealed I have a hyper extended lung. He put me on flovent yesterday to take twice a day and is treated my problem as asthma. This does not fee like asthma, I rarely have asthma and is usually induced if I get sick or are around animals that I am allergic to. The pain comes and goes and I am not having any problems breathing. My neck is also slightly sore. I am 46 years old, female, 5 7 155 lbs and otherwise in excellent health. I excercise at least 3 times a week, do not smoke or drink. I do take thyroid medicine. Should I be concerned with this dull pain and look into it further
