What Causes Dull Headaches Along With Nausea?

How can I describe this? Well, I often get dull headache that feels heavy. When I close my eyes or consciously move my eye level down, then it temporarily relieves the pain. It almost feel like the headache is caused by muscle around my eyes and forehead forcefully being pulled or something. Eventually the headache makes me feel nauseous.

it can be ophthalmoplagia or migraine. get refraction and eye movement tested. for migraine can take tab migrainil one tablet to start with and increase upto 6tablet till improve from all symptoms. can take tab combiflam twice daily after food.
