What Causes Dull Pain In Lower Arm And Hand?

Hi, i woke up with a ache in my lower arm between my elbow and hand. It is more like an ache rather than a pain. I have a dog so could this be a cause from walking it often? Also i have sunburn could this factor too? Its not painful at all and i have no other pains anywhere especially my chest

Hi.

No connection with sunburn.

Dog walking if excessive, might have caused fatigue of lower arm muscles. But if should go. May relieve by pouring hot water over arm while bathing and may apply simple muscle relaxant too. If sustains, it might be involvement of cervical disc i.e. compression of nerves supplying lower part of arm may cause it. In such a case some exercises of neck and/ or collar support would do. ( chances of muscular fatigue are more).

Hope it helps you.
